A front splitter is one of the most noticeable exterior upgrades for an S550, extending the lower edge of your bumper for a more aggressive stance and helping with airflow. Whether you're replacing a damaged factory splitter or adding a new look, fitment comes down to your year range, bumper, and package. 2015-2017 and 2018-2023 splitters are separate, and many are made specifically for Performance Pack or non-Performance Pack cars. We carry OEM-style and Ford Performance Pack splitters, carbon fiber splitters from APR, a Steeda splitter for the 2015-2017 GT Performance Pack, a Roush aero kit for 2018-2023 GT and EcoBoost, and a Mach 1 lower splitter for 2021-2023 Handling Pack cars. GT350 and GT350R owners (2016-2020) and GT500 owners (2020-2022) have dedicated splitters built for those fascias. A chin spoiler mainly adds styling and airflow control, while a splitter extends farther forward to help create front-end downforce. Hardware kits are available for both year ranges, and some Performance Pack style splitters need additional undertray or hardware pieces to install.
