Here at LMR, we know that from time to time, you will need to cancel an order from us for many different reasons. Below you will find out how easy this process is to do!

Here at LMR.com we understand that occasionally you may need to cancel an order after it is placed. We have made canceling your order as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to see how to cancel your order once it has been placed.
You will need to start out by logging into your LMR.com registered account and proceeding to the “Account & Orders” tab located in the top-right header of your screen (or the collapsable menu icon on mobile).
In the “Order” tab you will see a list of your current and previous orders. If your current order is able to be canceled, you will see a “Cancel Order” button on the bottom right-hand side of the order. If you do not see this button, the order has already been processed by our warehouse and is not eligible for cancelation. Clicking the “Cancel Order” button will place your order on hold for deletion and notify our Customer Care Team.
After the “Cancel My Order” button is clicked, you will see the pop-up window below asking you to confirm the order cancelation. The feature will also allow you to provide us with the reason for your cancelation as well as additional text to help us fully understand your feedback about your cancelation. Once you click on the “Cancel My Order” button a support ticket is automatically created for you with all of the information provided. You will then receive an automated email from us in regards to the cancelation request. If your cell phone number is on file, you will receive an automated text message confirming we have received your request as well.
If this cancelation is confirmed, the status of this order will change to "Pending Cancelation".
Our Customer Care Team will then cancel this order for you as soon as possible. You will no longer see this order in your account once it has been canceled.
Once the order is canceled, you will see the funds returned to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for these funds to appear back in your account.
