Billetworkz Products Warranty 1. Who’s Covered
Billetworkz warrants to the original purchaser of their products that they are free from defects in material and workmanship for a Lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
2. What Is Covered
Functional defects caused by issues in material or workmanship.
Failures under normal, intended use and proper installation.
3. What Is Not Covered
Cosmetic wear, including chipping, fading, scratches, or engraving wear due to personal use, such as wearing rings, holding vaping devices, or other hard objects while shifting.
Improper installation and misuse.
Damage caused by external chemicals, extreme environments, solvents, or vehicle misuse.
4. Limitations
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
