If at any time your new J&L Oil Separator Co. product malfunctions as a result of materials or workmanship, J&L Oil Separator Co. will, at our discretion, repair the defect or replace the product with one of equal or better value and quality.
This warranty covers the cost of both our labor and materials on any repair/replacement that they deem necessary for the lifetime of the original purchaser of your new J&L Oil Separator Co. item. It does not cover labor costs for installation since they have no control over your choice of installers and cannot assure that proper installation procedures were followed.
If J&L substantially improves of a product within one (1) year of your original purchase, they will offer, upon your written request, the upgraded product for 50% off the most recent retail price. You can always have the latest and greatest from J&L Oil Separator Co. and only pay the full retail price once. You must provide them with your proof of purchase and this offer is only applicable to the original retail purchaser. This offer underscores the respect and thankfulness they have for you as a customer.
