J&M Products Warranty
In the event that you are missing parts, need help with installation, or warranty. Please make sure you call J&M Products at 805-544-1128 and NOT the dealer you order the products from.
All J&M parts have a lifetime warranty, which includes spherical bearings in caster camber plates. J&M's only product exception to their lifetime warranty is spherical rod ends (ex. bumpsteer rod ends). The rod ends have a 3-year warranty. J&M's lifetime warranty doesn't cover incorrect installation, abuse, or neglect of the part.
J&M accepts returns within 1 Month (30 days) of the customer receiving the product. In order to return an item or items, you must first contact J&M Products for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. J&M Products reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without the proper RMA number on the outside of the package on or near the return label. Returns are normally processed within (10) business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
