Warranty Information
If a defect appears in KPM Fuel Systems’ manufacture or assembly of the Product before the end of the
warranty period and KPM finds the Product to be defective in materials or workmanship,
KPM will, in its sole discretion, either:
- replace or repair the Product or the defective part of the Product free of charge; or
- cause the Product or the defective part of the Product to be replaced or repaired by an
Authorised StreetFighter Workshop.
KPM Fuel Systems reserves the right to replace defective parts of the Product with parts and components
of similar quality, grade and composition where an identical part or component is not available.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than
being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
KPM Products Warranty
1. Who’s Covered
- KPM warrants to the original purchaser of their products that they are free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable to a subsequent customer.
2. What Is Covered
- Functional defects caused by issues in material or workmanship.
- Failures under normal, intended use and proper installation.
3. What Is Not Covered
- If the product has been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, or accident.
- If the product has had the serial number altered, defected, or removed.
- If the product has been connected, installed, adjusted, or repaired other than in accordance with instructions supplied by KPM Fuel Systems.
- Removal and reinstallation costs.
- Removal of and repair of damage caused by foreign substances.
- KPM Fuel Systems is not responsible for any costs associated with repairs that are not performed by KPM Fuel Systems or an authorized workshop.
4. Limitations
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The repair or replacement of the product or part of the product is the absolute limit of KPM Fuel Systems liability under this express warranty.
