Pro-M Racing/Global Technology Ventures Inc Limited Warranty Policy
12-Month Limited WarrantyPro-M Racing/Global Technology Ventures Inc Limited Warranty Policy governs the terms and conditions for warranty claims on specialty automotive products purchased by our customers. By purchasing the product, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein. The product is warranted against manufacturing and material defects for a period of one (1) year (12 months) commencing from the date of shipment to the customer. This warranty is nontransferable and applies exclusively to the original customer.
Claims and Returns Process
All warranty claims must be initiated by the customer. Should the customer identify a potential issue, the following steps must be taken:
- The customer must contact the customer service team by phone at (254) 296-6500 or by email at productsupport@lmr.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Documentation regarding the nature of the failure and, where applicable, the vehicle details must accompany the return.
Technical Evaluation and Performance Review
Upon receipt at Pro-M Racing, the product will undergo rigorous bench testing and a technical performance review to determine the root cause of the reported issue. Warranty coverage is contingent upon the following findings:
- Approved Claims: If the failure is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or material defect originating from the factory, Pro-M Racing/Global Technology Ventures will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.
- Denied Claims: Warranty coverage will be denied if the inspection reveals that the product was damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or external factors. Was misdiagnosed as faulty when the issue originated from the end-user's vehicle systems or third-party components. Has been modified or tampered with by any party other than Pro-M Racing/Global Technology Ventures authorized technicians.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the physical product only. Pro-M Racing/Global Technology Ventures are not responsible for any costs associated with labor for installation or removal, shipping costs, loss of use, or any consequential or incidental damage arising from product failure.
