Rough Country Suspension Systems offers a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on most suspension products. All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the life of the vehicle if utilized in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the installation and operation of said products.
Any and all cost assumed during removal or installation is expressly excluded from this warranty. Rough Country reserves the right to require proof of damages prior to issuing replacement equipment by photo or by other means of Rough Country's discretion at the time of the claim. Rough Country also reserves the right to determine proof of purchase before issuing any replacement equipment.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other warranty of quality, whether express or implied, except the warranty of title. Rough Country's Lifetime Replacement Warranty expressly covers only suspension components. Damages to the vehicle or any other object during the installation, use, or removal of suspension and lift components is not covered. Rough Country Warranty programs only apply to the original purchaser and will not apply to used or secondhand purchasers.
