Speedmaster Products Limited Warranty Speedmaster's Limited Warranty is extended exclusively to the original consumer and is not assignable or transferable. No warranties extend beyond those explicitly stated herein. Speedmaster™ Products disclaims any implied warranties beyond the applicable warranty period specified on the product listing page. Coverage duration is generally 12 months from the date of purchase, except for selected items marked with the "5-Year Peace of Mind" badge, which are covered for 5 years, and outlet items, which are covered for 30 days.
Exclusions Speedmaster™ Limited Worldwide Warranty specifically does not apply to products, which have been; (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions, such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion, or faulty repair; or (c) used in other than those applications recommended by Speedmaster™ Products. Speedmaster™ Products also does not warrant, and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and /or applications other than those specifically recommended in the current volume catalogue.
