1992-1996 Ford Bronco Grille Removal And Install

Today, we will be working on our 1996 OBS Bronco and showing you the easy steps for removing the front grill.

These steps are applicable for 1992 to 1996 Bronco. But they'll also work for 1992-1996 F-150s, 1992-1997 F-250s, and F-350 trucks.

Required Tools

• Phillips Head Screwdriver or Drill Bit
• Drill
• Microfiber Towels
• Detailer Spray/Cleaner

1. First, pop and open the hood.



2. Loosen and remove the (4) Phillips head screws at the top of the grill.




3. Next, loosen and remove the Phillips head screw underneath the emblem.



4. Tilt the grille forward and then lift up to remove it from the truck.



5. Go ahead and use this opportunity to clean the area and freshen up the hardware if needed.

1. If you're installing a new grille or reinstalling the existing one, ensure the rubber pads on the bottom of the grille are seated into the openings in the header panel.




2. When reinstalling the grill, simply reverse the removal procedure.
