Installation Instructions

Step 1: Remove The Factory Weatherstrip

• Start by removing the interior upper door trim piece. Once removed, set it to the side.
• At the rear of the weatherstrip, closest to the quarter panel, pull the interior trim panel away from the body of the car just enough to start pulling the weatherstrip from underneath the panel.
• Use a plastic pry tool to remove the weatherstrip from the body of the car by prying the (2) plastic push pins.
• After the first (2) push pins are removed, pull the weatherstrip away from the body to remove it.
• Once you get to the front of the weatherstrip, there will be another trim panel to pull away to access another set of (2) push pins holding this end in place. 
• Use the plastic pry tool again to remove the clips and fully remove the weatherstrip.
• After the weatherstrip is completely removed, take this time to clean the area and prep for the installation of the new weatherstrip.

Step 2: Install The New Weatherstrip

• Take the new weatherstrip and locate the guide pin to insert this first into the roof rail trim.
• Once the corner has been installed, work your way down the weatherstrip and reinstall the (2) push pins. This will be at the start of where the old weatherstrip was removed.
• After the backside of the weatherstrip is in place, feed the weatherstrip into the channel firmly, making your way to the front of the car.
• Install the last (2) push pins on the front of the weatherstrip.
• Go back over the weatherstrip to ensure it is firmly in place evenly.
• Test for fitment by closing and opening the door and rolling the window up and down.
• Reinstall any interior panels you may have removed.
• After that, you are good to go.
