By now, there's a lot of info out there on the Internet of the 2024 Dark Horse Mustang. It's good that other folks have these cars and perform similar tests that way on-lookers and potential buyers have as much information as they can get.
Sykora Family Ford in West, Texas gave us a call and let us know they finally received a Dark Horse and asked if we wanted to check it out. Of course, our first question was, "Does it have a manual transmission?". Luckily, this car has the Tremec TR3160 6-speed manual gearbox.
We've seen a few Dark Horses in person, but haven't had the opportunity to drive one or spend time with the car.
In this video, we dyno the 2024 Dark Horse Mustang, talk about the results and the car, and then compare the results to a 2024 Mustang GT with an automatic 10R80 transmission. We were surprised to say the least which brings up the question, "Does the 2024 Dark Horse really make 500HP at the flywheel?".
