Take full advantage of the camber plate adjustments on your S550 Mustang with this Steeda strut tower cutting tool. Utilizing a premium-grade metal cutting hole saw, this cutting tool is designed to produce a perfectly concentric hole over the factory's original strut tower hole to ease the alignment adjustment from the top of the car.

Installation Steps

    1. Before you start, assemble the hole saw and the arbor (Use a threaded 5/8"-18 threaded inner diameter for the arbor). Insert it into the drill.

    1. Open the hood and pick which side to start. Place some old towels around the strut tower.

    1. Place the hole saw in position and begin drilling at slow RPMs.

    1. When the hole is cut, remove the large section of metal.

    1. Debur or smooth the opening.

    1. Remove the towels carefully and use a vacuum to remove any leftover metal shavings. (You can use compressed air to blow away any leftover shavings).

    1. Use rust preventative top coat paint to cover the exposed metal. You can also use the same factory color touch-up paint or something equivalent to cover it up. We recommend applying a second coat after the first layer dries.

    1. You can then begin on the other side. You will repeat the same steps to do so.
