Any 1992-1996 Bronco owner knows many different colors are available. With this Bronco paint code guide, you can easily find the exact paint code your 5th Generation Bronco came with from the factory. This color chart will help you to color match your replacement parts, repaint your Bronco its original color, or find a new OEM color code to get your Bronco looking brand new.



How To Find OBS Bronco Paint Codes

You can find your paint code on the Vehicle Identification (VIN) sticker located inside your driver’s door jam below the door striker (see picture below). The paint code for your Bronco is located on the bottom left-hand side of the manufacturer ID sticker. It is labeled above "EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS". Once you have the paint code, you can use our simple Paint Code List below to find the official Ford paint name for your Bronco paint code. This will help you get your exterior restoration project underway.

1992 Ford Bronco Color Options

With the updated 5th Generation Bronco introduction in 1992, 13 different colors were used from just the 1992 model year. This included deluxe two-tone finishes that ranged with a unique center accent and a lower bodyside option for all Custom, XLT, and Eddie Bauer Bronco options.

1993 Ford Bronco Color Options

1993 marked the 2nd year of the 5th generation Bronco platform. Ford dropped a few of the previous color codes from the 92-year model, and there was only a total of 6 colors between the Custom, XLT, and Eddie Bauer options. A deluxe two-tone option included accent colors on the center bodyside area and the tailgate, between the mid-body tape stripe to just below the lower bodyside protection molding.

1994 Ford Bronco Color Options

1994 was the 3rd year of the OBS Bronco. Ford expanded the color options from 1993 to a total of 11 colors. 1994's also included the same two-tone option, including accent colors on the center bodyside area and the tailgate, between the mid-body tape stripe to just below the lower bodyside protection molding. Eddie Bauer edition models also included a unique Tuscon Bronze Clearcoat two-tone paint treatment.

1995 marked the 4th year of the OBS Bronco platform. 11 total color options were available for this year's model, including 2 specific options for the Eddie Bauer edition models. This included the Tuscon Bronze Clearcoat metallic lower accent paint for the Eddie Bauer.

1996 Ford Bronco Color Options

1996 marked the final production year of the 5th generation Bronco platform. Between the XL, XLT, and Eddie Bauer models, there were 11 color options, with the Eddie Bauer models receiving the Light Saddle Clearcoat Metallic lower accent paint. XLT models also had the popular body-colored cab side steps.
