If you’re experiencing unwanted leaks in your Fox’s A/C system, you may want to check the manifold service attachments on you’re A/C compressor. There are two service attachments located on the compressor. One of which being the low pressure side with charge port. This is the piece that the compressor hose attaches to, from the accumulator. The other service attachment located on the compressor is the pressure release valve. This particular piece connects to the discharge line.

Both service attachments contain two O-rings that are commonly worn and can cause an unwanted leak. Both of these attachments are easy fixes, but if your car still has a pressurized A/C system, the work should be performed by a licensed A/C technician. Of course, if you are converting your Fox to A/C or putting A/C back into it, you can install these onto the compressor yourself!
