Need a new 1999-09 Mustang Keyless Entry Remote? Watch this quick walk through on how to program a new 99-04 Ford Mustang keyless entry remote.
We carry the Ford and aftermarket replacement keyless entry remotes for 1999-2009 Mustangs. It has 4 buttons that include lock, unlock, trunk, & panic. This remote only works with vehicles originally equipped with keyless entry from the factory. Will not work with vehicles equipped with factory remote start.
Also referred to a Ford Mustang key fob.

If you own a 99-04 mustang, then it’s not uncommon to have a missing keyless entry remote or one that just simply doesn't work anymore. Now I'm going to show you the process that will work with either factory Ford remote or aftermarket Mustang key fobs. The whole process revolves around cycling the key eight times and landing on the on position the eight time.

You will want to have at least two remote to have a successful programming procedure. You will hit one of the four buttons on the remote to program it to the car. When every land on that eight keystroke the doors will lock and unlock to let you know that your Mustang is ready to be trained. Then you hit one of the buttons on the remote and the doors will lock and unlock again indicating that remote is trained you can do that up to four times.

We will start out.. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Hit a button and again on second remote. Once you are done turn the key off. The doors lock and unlock again. Then you can test the operation of your remotes and we are good to go. For more tech tidbits check out LatemodelRestoration.com
