The aerodynamically efficient flush-mounted hood pins make it easy to see if it isn't closed correctly and aren't a hazard when latched shut, unlike older-style pins.

AeroCatch Construction
Using a high-strength UV-stable composite plastic construction with a fully enclosed mechanism and a reinforcement backing plate, the panel is sandwiched, spreading the load. With its steel strike pins that have a working range of up to 5° for easier alignment during mounting. The spring-loaded latch makes opening and closing the pins a breeze, no fumbling with cotter pins or hard-to-align clasps. Universal design gives you options for mounting and operating, making them compatible with lift-off or hinged hoods.  The latches are lockable with four included keys, keeping your hood securely shut.
