Anderson B31 Camshaft

Adding an Anderson B31 cam to your 1987-1995 Mustang is a great way to increase horsepower and torque. Performance camshafts are one of the most popular engine modifications among Mustang owners. Fox Body cams not only add performance, but they also give your Mustang an aggressive lope exhaust tone. This Anderson B-31 camshaft is a great addition to a forced induction Foxbody. Recommended for nitrous and supercharger applications from 8-15lbs of boost. It is the best performer for 1.6 roller rockers and stock pistons and works great with AFR, TFS or Edelbrock heads. A minimum of 30lb fuel injectors and an 80mm mass air meter are required. 3.55 or 3.73 gears are recommended when running this camshaft. It has a powerband RPM range of 2400-6200. Works great with 89-95 EEC and a 2600-3000 stall would be needed. Great NA cam for 94-95 Mustang GT or Cobra with great driveability.

  • 1986 Mustang 5.0/5.8 w/ factory hydraulic roller cam block. May require the stock 5.0 flat-top pistons to be fly-cut for valve reliefs or replace the pistons with ones with valve reliefs.
