ARP Pro Series Head Stud Kit - 4.6 3V
Upgrade the cylinder head hardware on your 2005-2010 Mustang 4.6 3V engine build with this Pro Series cylinder head stud kit from ARP! Stock head bolts are good for stock performance, but when you add power adders like nitrous, superchargers, or turbochargers, they can become a weak point in your motor. Power adders increase the pressure inside your cylinders, creating more pressure on the head bolts. If this pressure gets too high, the stock bolts can stretch and lift the head off of the cylinder block. ARP manufactures this head stud kit to provide a solid foundation to securely tighten your heads down on your 3V engine block. These head studs are created from ARP2000 material for high strength, and then black oxide is finished to resist corrosion. ARP's head studs feature a tensile strength of 190,000 psi, to handle even the highest horsepower 3V engines out there! Replace your stock cylinder head bolts with these studs from ARP; then you'll be able to safely turn up the power on your 3-valve Mustang!
