AutoMeter vehicle speed sensors generate the signal you need to make installing an electric speedometer in your vehicle quick and easy. Compatible with Ford transmissions with a plug-in style speedometer cable output. AutoMeters vehicle speed sensor outputs a 16 pulse per revolution (PPR) in a 12v square wave signal that most electrical modern speedometers require. Featuring a mechanical cable output, this sensor has the ability to retain the mechanical cable in applications with mechanically driven cruise control. A simple three-wire installation, power, ground, and the signal output are all that is needed to get you up and running.
