1999-2004 SVT Lightning Belltech 2" Drop Spindles
Improve handling and ride height while maintaining suspension geometry with this 1999-2004 SVT Lightning Belltech 2" drop spindle kit! Unlike other lowering methods, this drop spindle is designed to preserve the factory suspension geometry, maintaining factory ride quality and eliminating excessive wear on ball joints, tires, and shocks! The added benefit is that the lower center of gravity improves handling. Constructed with high-strength, ductile iron, Belltech's drop spindle exceeds factory requirements for strength that's built to last! Precision-machined surfaces allow you to fit your factory-style brakes, control arms, and outer tie rod. A subtle black powder-coated finish enhances the good looks and helps prevent rust and corrosion.

Fitment Note

18" or larger wheels are required for clearance. Some 18" wheels may require minor ball joint modification for proper clearance.

About This Brand

Created in 1983 as a small company in Fresno, California, they had an idea to build the “best performing” lowering suspensions for pickups. Fresno had been a haven for lowered vehicles and trucks were in abundance. Trucks were being lowered but their suspensions were terrible and not very roadworthy. Springs were either replaced with new ones not necessarily meant for the application and even worse they may be cut or heated with a torch at the local muffler shop to give the lowered stance that was cool. The stance looked good but the ride was terrible. Belltech’s success in the late 1980s and 1990s made it possible for the company to grow from a modest beginning to a larger manufacturing facility with a satellite warehouse and finally in 2015 to the current 75,000+ sq. ft. operation located in Clovis, California. The Clovis facility has made it possible to expand every aspect of the operation.
