BMR Rear Upper Control Arm Mount
Stiffen up the chassis in your S197 with this 2005-10 Mustang Rear Upper Control Arm Mount from BMR! This Upper Control Arm Mount is a direct replacement and requires no drilling or welding to install. Since the Fox Body Mustangs had upper control arm mounts incorporated into the frame, they also had two upper control arms that shared the load. Due to this design, drag racers were continually ripping the mounts off of the frame when racing. The solution for those cars was to weld reinforcement plates onto the frame. The 2005-2014 Mustang platform only has one upper control arm and the mount is only bolted into place. BMR's Upper Control Arm Mount was designed to thrive under abuse due to its heavy-duty 1/4" plated construction. The adjustability of this mount couldn't be any easier with multiple mounting locations. This allows racers to adjust the rear end's instant center on the fly!
