Aluminum One Piece Driveshaft - GT350/Mach 1
Dramatically increase acceleration by reducing rotational mass in your TR-3160 equipped 2016-2023 Mustang Shelby GT350 or Mach 1 with this aluminum driveshaft from DSS! This driveshaft from The DriveShaft Shop is lighter and stronger than the factory 2-piece shaft, coming in at only 25 pounds! Shedding rotational weight greatly improves your Mustang's acceleration and quarter-mile times. Constructed of high-quality aluminum, this shaft features a beefy 1350 forged aluminum front u-joint with flange, which mounts directly to the transmission. A high-speed precision ground CV joint with chromoly internals fits directly inside the pinion flange just like the factory along with a Spicer 1350 u-joint makes a durable combination. This lightweight, 1-piece driveshaft is 3.5" in diameter which avoids interference that can happen on lowered Mustangs equipped with a 4" shaft. DSS rates this driveshaft up to 1000+ horsepower!

Product Note

If using solid rear IRS bushings and a one-piece driveshaft NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) will increase.
Emergency brake cable bracket clearance/ relocation may be necessary.
Rear Subframe/Cradle Lock-out kit MUST be installed on the vehicle prior to installing a Driveshaft Shop 1-Piece Driveshaft. Any damage to the driveshaft (or any subsequent damage) caused by failing to properly reinforce the rear cradle and limit movement will void any and all warranty provided by The Driveshaft Shop.
