Steering Linkage Kit
Improve the steering on your 1992-1996 Bronco with this center steering link and tie rod kit from LMR! Steering components eventually wear to the point that you experience popping, clunking, steering vibrations, and more. Restore your steering with this all-in-one kit! This kit includes the most common wear items, such as the center steering link, inner tie rods, outer tie rods, and adjusting sleeves. Replacing these items will eliminate the previously mentioned problems while improving the steering and handling of your Bronco!
Inner & Outer Tie Rod
The factory tie rods are prone to wear over time, which causes the truck to drift while driving as well as uneven tire wear. Utilizing the correct lengths and factory thread pitch, these inner and outer tie rods with adjusting sleeves will eliminate unwanted noises and steering play. High-quality polyurethane dust boots are installed to protect the greaseable tie rod ends from dirt and debris while extending their service life. To ensure this rod is properly fastened, new castle nuts, cotter pins, and jam nuts are included, as well as new grease fittings for simple servicing. The adjusting sleeves are internally threaded for quick adjustments. These sleeves are manufactured using a strong metal construction to factory tolerances to ensure your alignment can return to factory specs.
Steering Linkage
A steering center link connects your front suspension together, allowing you to steer smoothly. The center link features hot-forged alloy steel construction for strength and durability. A two-piece bearing on the center link provides constant torque and durability during high loads. New low-friction ball joints are included to improve the steering feel. All of the components come with a durable black finish to resist rust and corrosion.
