Fitment Notice

Upon inspection of the fuel tank, you will notice there are bends in the pinch welds. This is done during production by the manufacturer, so you have the proper clearance for the tank straps and fuel tank cover.
This fuel tank does not come with all the necessary seals and grommets.

Ensure you have no fuel leaks on your 1992-1996 Bronco with this direct replacement 33-gallon fuel tank! Constructed from stamped steel, this fuel tank will stand up to tough conditions while safely storing your Bronco's fuel. Featuring the correct mounting flange for the fuel pump hat in the factory location makes it easy to transfer your pump into the new tank with no modifications. To make tank installation easier, the fuel tank's corners and pinch welds have been bent and formed according to the shape of the tank's location between the frame rails. Matching the factory fuel tank's capacity, this tank holds 33 gallons of fuel. Pre-cut holes have been made where the fuel pump, vapor valves, and filler neck install for simple installation of the required accessories. Make sure to add a new fuel tank to your next Bronco fuel system upgrade!
