Window Gear Bushings Quiet down your window motors and have them functioning correctly with this window gear bushing kit for your 1992-1996 Bronco. When these bushings fail, the window will usually make a loud racket when you try to roll it up. Normally, it will take two hands to successfully roll it up: one hand on the button or crank and the other hand lifting the window. These are the three little cylindrical bushings that fit between the external metal gear and the internal plastic gear in your Bronco's window motor. They serve as a safety mechanism and prevent the window motor from applying too much force to the window.
