KYB Shock & Strut Kit w/ SVE Lowering Springs

Upgrade the suspension on your 2005-2014 Mustang with this KYB GR-2/Excel shock and strut kit with Special Vehicle Equipment® lowering springs! We've paired the tried and true KYB factory-style shocks and struts with performance BMR lowering springs to give a nice combination of increased dampening rate, handling, and improved exterior aesthetics. Included with this kit are upgraded GT500 style upper strut mounts to tighten up the suspension even further. This kit is a direct replacement for your original shocks, struts, and springs to ensure ease of installation for a quick turnaround. SVE's lowering springs will lower your Mustang by approximately 1.4"-1.5" for the perfect stance!

KYB GR-2/Excel Shocks & Struts

The KYB GR-2/Excel-G shocks and struts are designed to provide an OE quality ride while firming up the suspension for better handling. Featuring a twin-tube design for maximum performance, these KYB dampers are filled with low-pressure nitrogen for excellent longevity. A new set of KYB non-adjustable struts and shocks greatly improve handling performance while retaining a stock-style ride when daily driving. All KYB struts and shocks carry a lifetime warranty for the ultimate piece of mind!

GT500 Style Strut Mounts
To ensure your new struts have a solid mounting point, we include a set of Pedders brand GT500 style strut mounts. These heavy duty bearing mounts are the pivot point of your S197 suspension and work with the strut to isolate road vibrations to improve steering and ride quality. Modeled after the GT500 strut mounts, these have the same relief cut to clock the strut in your desired orientation. Pre-installed studs are in place for a quick and easy installation.

SVE Progressive Rate Lowering Springs
These 2005-2014 Mustang progressive rate lowering springs from SVE are a great way to improve the handling in your S197. By installing these springs, you lower your vehicle's center of gravity, which reduces squat during acceleration, body roll while cornering, and excessive nose diving under hard braking conditions. This kit is perfect for daily driving, road racing, and drag racing your Mustang. Not only do these SVE springs improve the performance of your S197 Mustang, but they also give it an aggressive new look. Fits 2005-2014 V6, GT, Bullitt, Boss 302 - Coupe
Will NOT fit 2007-2014 Shelby GT500.
Due to weight differences, LMR does not recommend installing these springs on a convertible. Convertibles have extra weight added from increased bracing, the convertible top frame, and top motors that result in these springs dropping the car more than advertised.
