KYB Shock & Strut Kit w/ BMR Lowering Springs

Upgrade the suspension on your 2005-2014 Mustang with this KYB GR-2/Excel shock and strut kit with BMR lowering springs! We've paired the tried and true KYB factory-style shocks and struts with performance BMR lowering springs to give a nice combination of increased dampening rate, handling, and improved exterior aesthetics. Included with this kit are upgraded GT500 style upper strut mounts to tighten up the suspension even further. This kit is a direct replacement for your original shocks, struts, and springs to ensure ease of installation for a quick turnaround. BMR's lowering springs will lower your Mustang by approximately 1"-1.5" for the perfect stance!

KYB GR-2/Excel Shocks & Struts

The KYB GR-2/Excel-G shocks and struts are designed to provide an OE quality ride while firming up the suspension for better handling. Featuring a twin-tube design for maximum performance, these KYB dampers are filled with low-pressure nitrogen for excellent longevity. A new set of KYB non-adjustable struts and shocks greatly improve handling performance while retaining a stock-style ride when daily driving. All KYB struts and shocks carry a lifetime warranty for the ultimate piece of mind!

GT500 Style Strut Mounts
To ensure your new struts have a solid mounting point, we include a set of Pedders brand GT500 style strut mounts. These heavy duty bearing mounts are the pivot point of your S197 suspension and work with the strut to isolate road vibrations to improve steering and ride quality. Modeled after the GT500 strut mounts, these have the same relief cut to clock the strut in your desired orientation. Pre-installed studs are in place for a quick and easy installation.

BMR Lowering Spring Kit

Get the right stance on your 05-14 Mustang GT with a set of BMR-specific (linear) rate-lowering springs. These BMR lowering springs are specifically designed to mildly improve handling while mainly focusing on lowering the ride height and maintaining a nice ride quality. Depending on your body style and other options, your S197 Mustang will see a drop anywhere from 1" to 1.5".

Installation of an adjustable pan hard bar is required to center the rear axle. Failure to do so may cause wheel and tire rubbing.
