Emergency Brake Rubber Seal & Retainer Kit
Eliminate dirt and debris from getting to your e-brake with this emergency brake rubber seal and retainer kit from 5.0 Resto! The 1987-1993 Mustang console top panel is commonly known for having torn or missing emergency brake handle rubber boots. While this isn't their only flaw, until now having a bad boot meant replacing the whole top panel. Now you can replace just the seal and retainer with this kit from 5.0 Resto! This kit includes a high-quality reproduction of the park brake handle boot and it's plastic retaining ring that keeps attaches everything to the bottom of the top panel. The molded rubber seal and plastic trim ring are molded in black to ensure a factory look in your interior.
Installation Note
From the factory, the retaining tabs on the top panel were melted into place, so attaching this new boot and ring will need to be completed by two-sided tape or two-part epoxy.
