Over the years, your ignition coil will begin to fail. If you are looking for a direct bolt in ignition coil for your 1979-1985 Mustang V8, LMR has you covered. This is a direct replacement ignition coil for 1979-1985 V8 Mustangs. This will accept the factory horse shoe connector and will not require modification to your factory wiring harness.
