Your battery cables are vital to operating the charging and starting system of your Fox Body. Excessive corrosion, engine bay heat, and general wear will deteriorate your battery cables. This can cause numerous issues such as voltage drop, battery drain issues, improper charging, and unsafe operation of your Fox Body. This kit includes a new positive and negative battery cable, as well as the solenoid to start cable.

Quality Construction
Each cable features factory-correct lengths with the correct connections just like your OEM cables for a factory look. Heavy-duty vinyl rubber sheathing over the wires with a protective convoluted tubing loom protects the cables from engine bay heat and abrasion. Durable battery terminals are used alongside corrosion-resistant hardware for quick and easy installation!

Fits 1979-1985 Mustang 5.0 with carburetor.
Will NOT fit CFI/EFI applications.
On 1985 Models the negative cable will need to be spliced to accommodate for the extra ground wire.
