This light mounts directly under your hood, illuminating your engine bay so you can work safely on your motor in the dark. It has an internal switch that turns the light on as the hood is raised and off when shut. The bulb base is made of durable plastic, with the correct internal on/off mechanism and bulb socket. A metal bracket in the correct factory shape and dimensions makes installation easy, thanks to the new mounting screw provided. High-quality insulated wire is used to connect the assembly to the power source and features an inline fuse to prevent potential electrical issues.
