This exclusive restoration kit includes all-new hood and safety latches as well as a new hood release cable that mounts to the factory mounting locations with no modifications required. This kit ensures you're able to open and close your hood with ease.

Featuring high-quality factory style metal construction, the hood and safety latches in this kit are built to last and will keep your hood secured in place on or off the track! The new hood release cable comes fully assembled with the T-handle & firewall grommet. 5.0 Resto also includes all of the necessary, factory correct, hardware to ensure installation is a breeze!

Hood Latch Installation Note
-Some adjustments may be needed to properly align the hood latch and catch.
-Extra bolts may be included. You will only use the two 8mm head bolts with small washer for the upper latch. Two bolts with large washers for the lower latch. And one bolt for the hood release cable.
