HVAC Box Firewall Mounting Hardware
Ensure the HVAC box is mounted correctly in your 1983-1993 Mustang with this HVAC box firewall mounting hardware from 5.0 Resto! Constructed of plastic from the factory, these spacers tend to break after becoming brittle with age. 5.0 Resto sought to resolve this issue by reproducing the spacers with a stronger polyethylene material that's built to last. The spacers are located between the firewall and HVAC assembly where the stud goes through the firewall, properly spacing your assembly to maintain the correct distance. The engine bay side of the mounting hardware is composed of two large flange-headed nuts that spread the load of the heavy assembly even better!
