A/C Accumulator
It is a holding tank that is located between the high pressure and low pressure side of an air conditioning system. The purpose of the accumulator is to store and release any excess build up of the refrigerant. They also contain a moisture absorbing filter to remove moisture from the refrigerant as it waits in the accumulator, before it flows through the system again.
