1984-1986 Mustang SVO Brake Proportioning Valve Rebuild Kit
Restore your 1984-1986 Mustang SVO braking performance with this brake proportioning valve rebuild kit from Muscle Car Research. A brake proportioning valve regulates hydraulic pressure to the rear brakes, applying the correct front-to-rear brake bias. The valve prevents the rear wheels of your Fox Body from locking up and skidding by restricting pressure to them, maintaining safe control of the vehicle. The Muscle Car Research kit contains all of the internal O-rings and seals needed to rebuild your valve and return it to "like new" operating condition. All new rubber seals and o-rings are molded from a 70-durometer EPDM rubber compound. The compound is fully compatible with automotive brake fluid, ensuring a long service life.
