3.5" throttle body opening is designed for factory throttle bodies. Aftermarket throttle bodies may fit tighter due to the increased outer diameter of the throttle body. Please measure outer the diameter of your aftermarket throttle body to confirm fitment.
4.0" cold air opening is designed for most intakes but make sure to measure the outer diameter of your cold air intake if you are unsure about fitment

Installing a 2018 Gen 3, Boss 302, or GT350 intake manifold on your 2011-2023 Mustang 5.0 has been proven to add additional flow and horsepower over the stock 2011-2017 Gen 1 and 2 intake manifolds. One issue with the Gen 3, Boss 302, and GT350 manifold is that it changes the geometry of the throttle body, facing it up toward the hood. This change in geometry will cause most aftermarket cold air intakes to rub on the hood or hood insulation on the 2011-2017 Mustangs. Prevent the cold air intake to hood interference when installing your Gen 3, Boss 302, or GT350 intake manifold to your 2011-2023 Mustang 5.0 with this silicone coupler adapter. This silicone throttle body to cold air intake tube adapter angles the intake tube correctly to prevent hood clearance issues when running your 2011-2023 cold air intake on an 18+ Gen 3, Boss 302, or GT350 intake manifold.
