Gear Install Kit
Installing gears in your 2005-2014 Ford Mustang requires more than just a ring and pinion gear set. There are close tolerances that have to be met to ensure proper gear life. This kit comes with all the necessary shims and marking compound to ensure you have a proper wear patter on the gears, as well as new bearings and races to go along with your new gear set. This gear install kit includes the GT500 style inner pinion bearing, making this kit an ideal upgrade for all 2005-2014 Ford Mustang 8.8" rear ends. If your are changing the rear ring and pinion gear set in your Mustang, you need this kit!
