Replace the worn or faded seat belts in your 1979-1989 Mustang with this black rear seat belt set from Seatbelt Solutions! Over time the factory seat belts can fade or even wear down and start to fray. This can be cause for a safety concern as well as an eyesore. This Seatbelt Solutions seat belt set replaces the rear retractor assemblies and receptacles on both the left and right sides of the rear seat. Offered in a black finish with the factory starburst buckle pattern, these seat belt assemblies are the perfect restoration and safety replacement for your Fox body interior!

Product Color Variation Note
Due to UV exposure that can cause fading of the existing interior components, the parts in this set will not be an exact match. LMR offers interior paint options to help with paint matching these parts to the rest of your interior. Designed to replace the rear seat belts, this set improves the appearance of your Mustang's interior while also replacing any faulty retractors!

Product Note

Due to changes in Federal regulations, the size of the retractor mechanism has been updated to current SAE standards and will NOT accept the usage of your OE dust covers.
These belts do not have locating tabs. This will not affect the operation of the seat belts, but they will need to be mounted in a similar style to the stock retractors.
Due to potential color variation, LMR offers interior paint options for most factory Foxbody interior colors.
Convertible and Coupe models will need to flip the eyelet bracket so the female receptacle faces the right way when pushed through the seat bottom.

Factory seat belt reminders/chimes will not work with these aftermarket seat belts.
