5.0 Resto Oil Pan Kit
Replace the damaged, dented, or cracked oil pan in your 1983-1995 Mustang 5.0 with this 5.0 Resto replacement! Your oil pan contains the most vital fluid in your Mustang and what better way to protect it than with this high-quality oil pan kit. The oil pan in this kit features the factory stamped steel design with a black, rubberized coating for corrosion resistance as well as a clean look! A provision is pre-installed to accept your factory low oil sensor. To seal everything up, a 1-piece oil pan gasket is included that requires no RTV and is reusable. 3/16" steel oil pan reinforcement rails are included to provide rigidity and spread the clamping force load. If this rail is not used, the oil pan flange surface will have dimples on each of the bolt holes and cause an uneven surface for the gasket to mount to. Finally, factory-style oil pan bolts and a 5.0 Resto dipstick and tube kit are included to finish off this complete oil pan kit! 5.0 Resto's oil dipstick tube is constructed of silver zinc-coated steel, while the engine oil dipstick is steel with bold yellow paint, just like the factory. This kit includes everything needed for a complete oil pan replacement!
