Bellhousing Spacer Plate - Manual - 5.0/5.8
When installing a new engine and/or transmission, you'll need to properly space the two out. This bellhousing spacer plate is a direct replacement for your 1979-1995 Mustang 302 or 351W plate. Also referred to as a block plate, this plate is installed between the engine block and the bellhousing. If it is not used it will throw off starter alignment and cause a noisy or grinding starter. Constructed with high-quality steel and a durable black powder-coated finish finish, this spacer plate is built to last. This replacement spacer plate is for 79-95 manual transmission applications.
