Door Hinge Bracket If the door on your 1979-1993 Fox Body Mustang door is having trouble opening properly and your door hinges and pins cannot stay aligned, you probably need to replace your door hinge bracket. This bracket holds the door hinge pins into position to allow free-flowing motion in your door. For instance, if the wind catches your door and opens too widely, there is a good chance that the bracket was bent away from the body in this motion. When this happens, your door will not open/close properly, and your door/fender alignment will be off. This is the bolt-on body side of the hinge that mounts directly onto the body. These are sold unpainted, and must be painted to match your Fox!
