When removing or installing a new fuel tank in your Mustang, you may notice a stripped or rusted fuel tank strap J-nut. These are commonly overlooked and can sometimes break. 5.0 Resto has you covered with this direct replacement 1981-2004 Mustang J-nut kit! This kit features three new J-Nuts to make sure your fuel tank straps stay secure when installing your new tank. The J-nut is the nut that clips to the body, and then allows you to mount the strap with your fuel tank bolts.
