5.0 Resto Lower Door Window Trim Retainer Kit Reinstall the loose and rattling lower window trim on your 1979-1982 Fox Body Mustang with this 5.0 Resto retainer kit! On these early Fox Bodies, Ford Installated a decorative trim piece along the top of the door below the outer door belt molding. This gave the molding a more finished look and is a distinctive characteristic of these cars. The long trim piece runs from under the mirror along the top edge of the door to the back leading edge. It is attached to the door with seven clips per side that slide into the trim and is retained by a round metal compression fitting, sometimes called a barrel nut. Supplied in this 5.0 Resto kit are 14 retaining clips and 14 metal retainers, enough to do both doors on your 1979-1982 Mustang.
