5.0 Resto Fuel Rail Extension Lines w/ Clips - 5.0
Restore the proper fuel flow in your Fox Body's fuel system while eliminating fuel leaks with 5.0 Resto's fuel rail extension lines! These extension lines connect from the rubber flex lines that come out by the passenger frame rail up to the fuel rails on the engine. Due to the location of these lines, they are constantly exposed to large amounts of heat and engine vibrations. The constant heat cycles and vibrations deteriorate these lines and, over time, can lead to cracks or fuel leaks. This is where 5.0 Resto stepped in and created this hard-to-find part to help your Mustang get back on the road leak-free!
Fuel Rail Extension Lines
The pre-bent lines match all of the factory-correct OE dimensions for a direct fit without any modification needed. Made from durable stainless tubing that has been chromed to perfectly replicate the factory look. The quick-connect fittings have been designed with the correct outer diameter o-rings and retaining springs pre-installed for a proper seal. 5.0 Resto manufactures these extensions to be an exact OE-style replica down to the factory fuel pressure release valve, also known as the Schrader valve. Each set of lines was pressure tested during the manufacturing process and also went through a salt spray and corrosion test to ensure they would hold up under the harshest conditions.
Mounting Bracket & Fuel Line Clips
5.0 Resto took it a step further by even having the mounting bracket and fuel line clips with tethers made to completely restore your fuel system. The tethers clasp around the fuel lines, and the metal fuel line clips are snapped onto the garter spring side of the fuel rail to ensure the two would not separate. Designed after the factory bracket with all of the correct mounting tabs for both fuel lines for a direct installation. Reinforcing ribbing along the bracket adds structure, while the mounting holes and alignment tabs ensure a proper fit.
