Upgrading to a roller camshaft in your 1993-1995 Lightning is a great upgrade finish your installation with this steel distributor drive gear to ensure it performs correctly. The factory distributor gear is often cast or bronze and the hardened roller cams will destroy them very quickly replacing them with a steel gear prevents this issue. Constructed of hardened steel, with premium helical cut gears, this distributor gear will improve timing consistency from stock to a performance-built 5.8 engine. Included with the gear is a new distributor gasket and roll pin for easy installation.
