SVE Coyote Swap KRC Power Steering Conversion
Ensure the Hydroboost and power steering on your 1979-2004 Coyote swapped Mustang is properly plumbed with SVE's all in one Coyote swap KRC power steering conversion! When it comes to Coyote swapped Mustangs, there are multiple ways to approach this swap. Regardless of the route, there is a desire for the luxury of Hydroboost-assisted brakes and power steering. After performing several coyote swaps of their own, SVE thoroughly researched and developed a viable solution-based kit to properly plumb the Hydroboost system. SVE designed this kit for cars using the KRC power steering pump kit and SVE's hydroboost plumbing kit utilizing a Hydroboost assembly from a 1999-2004 V8 Mustang.

SVE Coyote Swap Hydroboost Plumbing Kit
SVE utilizes premium components within this plumbing kit to provide power assist brakes and power steering for Coyote swapped 1979-2004 Mustangs. SVE includes (2) 6AN black nylon braided high-pressure hoses that have specific lengths and are pre-terminated with 6AN fittings for an easy, direct install. Along with the high-pressure hoses, (2) 90-degree banjo fittings and bolts for the Hydroboost, a small fitting that converts the return port on the Hydroboost assembly to AN, a Y-block with 6AN fittings, (4) pre-terminated 6AN nylon braided return hoses, steering rack fittings, (3) Adel clamps and (2) nuts for hose management, a bag of zip-ties, and thread locking compound for hydraulic applications. In this kit, two return hoses use tube seal clamps to secure the nylon braided hose to the factory cooler tube. The tube-seal clamps provide the look of a traditional AN fitting but feature a worm gear clamp for ease of use. SVE didn't compromise on quality; the high-pressure hoses are triple steel & fabric reinforced with an operating pressure of 2250 PSI and pre-installed steel fittings. The low-pressure hoses feature pre-installed aluminum fittings. By utilizing these high-performance components, SVE provides a bolt-on plumbing kit with an exceptional fit and finish built to last! KRC Coyote Swap Power Steering Pump Kit
Simplify your coyote engine swap while retaining your factory accessories! 2010, earlier models used a hydraulic power steering/system, and the 11-23 Coyote engine used electronic power steering racks. This pump allows you to utilize your factory hydraulic power steering rack using custom AN lines. This system allows you to fit both 3 and 4-bolt water pumps. They include all necessary hardware and brackets and retain all factory AC compressor alternators for a clean install. KRC completely machined and assembled this pump in the USA using aluminum construction for a durable and lightweight assembly. Viton seals are the highest grade seal on the market and are used to ensure the containment of your power steering fluid. SKF bearings are used in the pullies, allowing as little friction as possible during use. With quality in mind, KRC crafted this assembly with a 1 piece billet water pump pulley that is corrosion-resistant and offers long-lasting use!

Fitment Notice

If any other setup is utilized, it is required to source a refurbished or take-off Hydroboost assembly from a 1999-2004 V8 Mustang with the factory distribution block attached.
When using this kit on a 4-wheel disc brake swap (79-93 Fox), it is recommended to incorporate an adjustable proportioning valve to adjust the rear brake bias.
This kit is designed for naturally aspirated Coyote Swaps ONLY.
Intended for 4-wheel disk brakes only; it will not work with drum rear brakes.
As with any swap or retrofit, there are several variables involved. Due to this, SVE can not guarantee that this plumbing kit will work for everyone's application.
Once this kit has been plumbed, and the vehicle is ready to start, you will need to fill and bleed the system correctly.
AN hose fitting may come in black and/or silver finishes.
Some Cobra model Hydroboost pumps have a reverse thread return port fitting, this kit will not work on these version due no adapter currently being available.
