F-150 XLT Fender Emblem
Replace the missing or damaged F-150 XLT fender emblem on your Gen 1 Lightning with a new OE style fender emblem! The original F-150 XLT emblems were known to fade and crack causing your Lightning's fenders to appear incomplete. Made from high-quality black plastic, and featuring the factory-correct chrome F-150 and red XLT lettering, the emblem will fit either the RH or LH fender! A simple peel and stick application makes this emblem the perfect finishing touch for your next Lightning restoration project!
Quick Emblem Removal Many people heat the original Lightning emblem badge with a hairdryer to loosen the double-sided tape. Fishing line or dental floss, held in each hand, can be pulled behind the emblem to finish separating it from the Lightning fender. Once started, the emblem badge can be removed by placing a thin flat object between the emblem and body being careful not to scratch the paint. Apply light steady pressure to break the seal of the double-sided tape and gently pry and pull until the emblem is free of the body.
