This is a direct replacement front spring hanger for 1993-1995 Ford F-150 Lightnings. The hanger mounts to the frame and gives a mounting point for the leaf spring.

NOTE: Do not over tighten eye bolts when installing, the spring needs to pivot when the suspension moves up and down.
