Ford Lightning Fuel Pump Assembly
Restore the function of your 1993-1995 F-150 Lightning fuel pump with this complete assembly kit! This kit is a complete drop-in assembly for the front fuel tank of your Lightning. Over time the factory pump can get hot if the tank is run dry or worn out from normal wear and tear. This kit includes a new fuel pump, strainer, sending unit, and hanger module for a quick and easy replacement.
High-Quality Replacement
This Ford Lightning fuel pump is made with nothing but high-quality components for long life. High-strength POM (Polyoxymethyle) plastic is utilized to prevent the tubes from cracking. To eliminate extreme electrical resistance, improved electrical connectors were used to provide better heat dissipation. The fuel level sensor features Palladium silver alloy for better bad fuel resistance. This setup has an Ohm resistance of 16 when empty and 160 Ohms when full. All of this is backed by a limited lifetime warranty!
Product Note
The pump comes with a different connector and includes a pigtail to adapt to your truck. Basic knowledge of automotive wiring is a must. Using a voltmeter to verify grounds and signal wires are highly recommended.
Wiring Connections
Use the following note to connect the new fuel pump harness to your old vehicle harness.
- Black with White Stripe on the new connector goes to Solid Black on the vehicle harness.
- Solid Purple on the new connector goes to Dark Blue with Yellow stripe on the vehicle harness.
- Solid Gray on the new connector goes to Solid Red on the vehicle harness.
- Solid Black on the new connector goes to Solid Orange on the vehicle harness.
